CONCEPT ① · LLM WIKI
Source documentsLLM WIKI — topic pagesISSB S2VSME · basic moduleGHG Protocol · Scope 3Pages link to each other — relationships persist

Knowledge compiles into pages

Source documents are read into linked topic pages. Nothing is re-derived per question.

What the person in charge actually deals with

ESG is hard not because the material is missing, but because you re-derive it from scratch every time.

  • No dedicated staff

Strategy or admin teams carry ESG on the side.

  • The standards keep moving

Keeping up with ISSB, ESRS, VSME and KSSB is a full job by itself.

  • General AI does not know your company

Plausible answers with nothing behind them.

  • The material is scattered

When the owner changes, last year’s work disappears with them.

CONCEPT ① · LLM WIKI

Stop re-deriving. Compile once, then keep it current.

LLM Wiki is a pattern, not a product — a markdown knowledge wiki that an AI writes and maintains. Instead of digging through source documents on every question, you read a page that is already synthesised. The SARBIS Left Brain is that pattern applied to ESG disclosure.

The usual way · RAG · file upload

Re-discovered on every question

Documents are chopped into fragments; each question pulls similar fragments and synthesises them on the spot. The synthesis is thrown away.

  • Limitation: The same question costs the same time and money again
  • Limitation: Only fragments surface, so relationships between documents vanish
  • Limitation: Nothing accumulates — the synthesis is discarded

LEFTLLM WIKI

Compiled once, kept current

Source documents are read into topic pages, pages are linked to each other, and new material revises the existing pages. What remains is a document a person can read and correct.

  • Benefit: A question only has to read a page that already exists
  • Benefit: Pages link to each other, so relationships are visible
  • Benefit: Every addition makes the wiki denser — it compounds
“RAG re-derives knowledge from scratch on every question. An LLM Wiki compiles it once and keeps it up to date.”
The LLM Wiki pattern — Andrej Karpathy · the SARBIS Left Brain applies it to ESG disclosure
  1. ① INGEST

    Read and organise

New source documents are read into topic pages — either a new page or a revision of an existing one.

  2. ② QUERY

    Read the wiki first

A question reads the synthesised pages rather than the whole corpus, and answers with citations.

  3. ③ LINT

    Tend the garden

Duplicates, contradictions, orphans, stale pages and missing links are swept up on a schedule. That is why it does not rot.

CONCEPT ② · HERMES AGENT

Nobody has to trigger it. It lives on the server and runs itself.

The wiki had one weakness left: someone had to call the AI and ask it to tidy up. A Hermes Agent is not a browser tab — it is a process running on a server. It ingests, organises and lints on a schedule, and turns what it learns into skills and memory so the next run is better.

“The Agent That Grows With You — an autonomous agent that lives on your server and gets more capable the longer it runs.”
Hermes Agent · Nous Research · the agent with a built-in learning loop

[EN TBD: agent name]

  1. Skills — teach it once

Repeated work is stored as a procedure. You do not explain it a second time.

  2. Memory — context carries over

Company profile, chosen standards and past judgements are remembered.

  3. Self-improvement — it reviews its own work

After each run it asks what there was to learn, and folds the answer into the next one.

CONCEPT ③ · TWO BRAINS

The value sits exactly where the standards meet your own material.

LEFT · read-only

The world's ESG knowledge

Ten domains — disclosure standards, regulation, climate, ratings, cases. Curated as an LLM Wiki, reviewed by specialists, shipped weekly. Every customer sees the same edition.

Bridges

What the standard asks for ↔ what you already have

RIGHT · fully isolated

Your company's knowledge

Emissions data, policies, minutes, past reports, supplier files. Stored per company in an isolated space; the more it holds, the more the answers fit you.

  • Emissions data
  • ESG policies
  • Past reports
  • Board material
  • Supplier files
  • Minutes
  • The Right Brain is isolated per company

Customer data is stored in a separate space and never shared across customers.

  • The Left Brain is read-only

Customer data does not flow into it, and is never used to train or ship it.

  • You can take your data out at any time

Full export of originals and entries is always available, regardless of subscription state.

USE CASES

Work like this becomes possible

These are the things people actually do with it most often — not a closed feature list, but examples of what follows once the standards and your own material can be read together.

  • 01 · DISCLOSURE

    ESG disclosure

See what is still open per standard, fill it in through conversation, export to xlsx.

    • 45 framework-independent metrics with per-standard mapping
    • Each metric shows the requirement and your evidence side by side
    • Values are proposed, never auto-confirmed

  • 02 · DIAGNOSIS

    ESG management diagnosis

Compare the level the standards ask for against where you are, and rank what is missing.

    • Maturity by area against the required level
    • Gaps sorted by impact × effort
    • Evidence is fetched before you answer each item

ESG management diagnosis — Learn more → (coming soon)

  • 03 · DOCUMENT

    Documents from your own data

Feed in your data; we answer under the standards you chose and turn it into the document you actually need.

    • Sustainability report · buyer request form · internal approval memo · due-diligence response
    • Sections generated from the standard, drafts written with citations attached
    • DOCX · PDF · xlsx · HWPX — citations carried as footnotes

Documents from your own data — Learn more → (coming soon)

  • 04 · EVIDENCE

    Grounded ESG answers

Any ESG question — including law and regulation — answered with its source. If there is no evidence, it says so.

    • Disclosure standards, regulation, statutes, guidance, rating methodologies
    • Cited down to institution, document, date and paragraph
    • Standards evidence and your own evidence shown separately

Grounded ESG answers — Learn more → (coming soon)

  • 05 · SCORECARD

Build your own ESG assessment tool

We design an assessment tool against the criteria you want — items, scoring and thresholds included.

    • Items composed from your standards, sector and purpose
    • Adjust weights, points and grade bands yourself
    • Ships as questionnaire, scoring sheet and verdict report

Build your own ESG assessment tool — Learn more → (coming soon)

  • 06 · SUPPLY CHAIN

    Supplier assessment

The criteria and the tool you send to suppliers — what your buyer asks of you, reshaped for the tier below.

    • Question sets split by supplier size and sector
    • Returned answers scored automatically, gaps and outliers flagged
    • Results feed your Scope 3 calculation and due-diligence answers

Supplier assessment — Learn more → (coming soon)

  • 07 · REQUEST FORM

Fill in a customer’s request form

Drop in the ESG information request file a customer sent you: we read what each item means, pull the values from your own material, and return the same form as a filled workbook.

    • Reads item names, units and periods to work out what is being asked
    • Finds the value and its source file in your Right Brain and fills the cell
    • Cells it cannot ground are left empty and flagged — never invented

Fill in a customer’s request form — Learn more → (coming soon)

  • 08 · AND MORE

    Whatever is not listed here

If it concerns ESG and can be grounded in evidence, it is usually possible. Describe the job you have in mind and we will tell you whether it works and what material it needs.

2 bridges — VSME waste metric ↔ supplier emissions workbook

Left-brain and right-brain evidence are always shown as separate groups. If no citation is found, no answer is produced — you get what was found and what was not.

[EN TBD: three-principles heading]

Every answer carries its sources

An item without institution, document name and date is never shipped in the first place.

With no grounds, it says it does not know

Zero citations means no answer. This cannot be switched off in settings.

Left and right evidence stay distinguishable

Encoded by colour, shape and label — so it survives black-and-white printing.
